RETURNS

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return any ordered item except gift cards in the same condition as received, with all labels attached within 14 days after received for a full refund for FREE.

You should expect to receive your refund within 10 working days after we have received the returned package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it.

If you need to return an item, simply drop us an email info@rukav.clothing. We'll notify you hot to proceed further.

Please note we can issue the refund only through the same payment method used for the original purchase.

EXCHANGES

We replace items if they are defective, damaged or you need a different size. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@rukav.clothing and send you item to: Liedes 2-56, Riga LV-1029, Latvia.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES EXPENSES

If item is defective, RUKAV Clothing will cover all the shipping costs.
